Customer Guidance for Reported Zero-day Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Exchange Server

I think the version of the EEMS fix after the 10/4 change needs to be updated.

For now, I can not tell if mitigation M1 is in the right version without looking at the string....

EDIT:

OK, I see now, there is a check for that:

Get-ExchangeServer -Identity <ServerName> | Format-List Name,MitigationsApplied

So I expect the output after succesful apply of the 10/4 update to show:

Name : Server1
MitigationsApplied : {M01.1, M01.2}

Update 10/5:

Actual command on the EEMS patched server gives strange result:

Name: My_Server_Name

MitigationsApplied: {M1.1, PING1}

So I assume the 4/10 update brings original M1.0 up to M1.1 ? 

Am I right?

When checking the regex string directly, it is correct, and it has been auto-corrected by the service. Good job, MSFT.
