I don't want to have to search through multiple blogs, user groups and other source for information. I want a single source of information. I HATE your blogs, they are not properly indexed or even keyword coded.
I don't have time to read and collate monthly updates, that's what I pay Microsoft to do. I don't want to ahve to cross reference Jan Feb and April, and read some user group posts to get an answer. I want a professional EDITOR and COLLATOR.
I have never seen this feedback mechanism.
I have only two Exchange 2007 installations, but it is so poorly adapted to SMB sites that I never have time to read the very documentation.
As for your NT backup plans (or total lack of plans) for server 2008, I really have to start looking elsewhere.
SMBs cannot afford the kind of datacenters you seem to be expecting and don't always want to wait for 3 or for years for a castrated small business version.
Sorry for the rant, but I can't find a quick simple way to backup a single Exchange 2007 server in Windwos 2008, and most of my customers don't have budgets for more than 2 or 3 servers. Outsourcing is not an option generally for security reasons.
