Is it a supported scenario to have users stored in AD (hybrid environment) and, for now, change just the exchange SOA, but in the future change also the user SOA? (per user not globally)

Thats the intent here, for customers who need more time before they can say good bye to AD, to change just the Exchagne SOA and in future when you are ready, feel free to also change the user SOA. User SOA change will automatically supersede Exchange SOA make it fully cloud manageable.
