ChrisClaytonSTLCC Last year, from what users tell me, this could be expanded. I'm confident I have done this in the past.
I recall that in the outlook app it was calculated by recent cache (24hr). Likely from the changes that were implemented here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/modernizing-dynamic-distribution-groups-in-exchange-online/ba-p/3265212
When done in OWA a warning is presented saying it will take time to return the result, but it always worked.
Testing with the only DDG I have that has no objectID named members, I am also not getting a result returned.
My DDG's are not large or complex, based on a single extensionattribute sometimes with just 50 users. I know expansion failed for multiple membership types (like external/internal).
I will research further as the ObjectID might be unrelated.
