Am I correct though that this change is/has started being implemented?
For the past 10 days or so, my onboarding scripts have been having problems migrating hybrid mailboxes for new users from our on-premises Exchange to EOL using New-MoveRequest. I've had to revert to using the EAC GUI to migrate mailboxes since this issue started occurring (and these same mailboxes are migrated successfully when using the EAC migration interface, but they can't be migrated any longer using New-MoveRequest). Today, I decided to investigate a little further and look into this issue and this is the error that I get now for New-MoveRequest:
"The operation couldn't be performed because 'XYZ' matches multiple entries"
And I KNOW that there are not multiple entries for these NEW users/mailboxes, otherwise I wouldn't be able to migrate the mailboxes using the EOL EAC GUI
