RobK - Watch for Hyper-V RC1, there are some improvements there.
As for "shared disks" - as I understand it iSCSI is the only way to go wtih that. One of the big positives for CCR is the removal of the need for shared disks. That shared disk is a single point of failure, and CCR allows you to remove that from your environment.
