momurray the script provides skeleton of the mapping file. However, tenant admin must review and edit the file to there liking. And hence the following guideline is mentioned in the mapping file section:
- Ensure each folder that is present directly on the root has explicit mapping in the file and is mapped to a non-primary hierarchy public folder mailbox; this ensures the primary hierarchy mailbox serves only hierarchy
If all public folders present directly on the root are mapped in the file, no content will go into the primary hierarchy mailbox
