We have an active support case opened with Microsoft regarding this Basic Authentication to Modern Authentication protocol that's affecting our Dynamics 365 CRM on-premise working with Exchange Online. We're currently trying to move away from email router to server based authentication a.k.a server side sync but we're running into some problems.
If Microsoft cannot help us resolve these problems and Jan. 2023 comes around and email functionality stops working this will impact our business in a major way, is there no way to get on an exception list until we resolve this active support case that we're on now? We're trying to resolve this in our test environment, so we can then make these changes in our production environment.
