CraigDanz - right now the diag only accepts opt out requests, and does not re-enable anything. That's correct. We haven't turned anything off that might even remotely be in use for over a month, so if you are you just discovering something is disabled now, it's been disabled for a very long time already... are you sure you need it? If so, you'll have to open a support ticket to have it turned back on.
Settings>Org Settings>Modern Authentication - has no effect, as we're not using Auth Policies to block basic auth. And we're not updating those checkboxes when we do.
