Once that change has rolled out the Identity team have a post planned for their blog that will help you use some of the more advanced features available within the report. We’ll also update this post when the report is freely available to all our customers." - patience required, or buy Azure AD P1/2.
t-rev - checking, can't repro that. But my Azure friends are looking at it.
securityDM - sounds like Basic isn't disabled if you are seeing sign ins using Basic. How did you disable Basic?
