Matthew Levy - Yes - anything reported as 'ActiveSync' is using Basic. Auth policies block Basic at step 1 (if set to block Basic). If you don't have Auth Policies then the Sign-in report is showing events that happen at step 4.
cges-dd - No, this change won't affect SMTP. We are adding OAuth support to SMTP AUTH as we stated. Soon.
