Ask and you shall receive - Exchange 2007 SP3 w/support for Windows Server 2008 R2 Now Available

Hi, I've upgraded my Exchange 2007 SP2 servers as well as installed new Exchange 2007 SP3 installations on Windows 2008 R2 servers in my test environment. But when I check my test environment's schema using ADSIedit, the changes outlined in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff607224(EXCHG.80).aspx are not made. Is this because we aren't utilizing the UM features in Exchange 2007, or is the setup just screwing up somewhere? I was curious so I ran setup.exe /ps to force a schema prep, which finally made the changes detailed above. So my question is, if I run setup and upgrade my SP2 environment in production(not using UM either) the same way I did in test, do I have to worry if these schema updates are made or not? Reason is, if the schema is going to be changed, our IT policy is to have a worst case scenario to roll back the updates, which like most of you, I feel is completely unneccesary for an Exchange SP that only modifies 14 fields.
