In the previous message trace tool, opening the tool and clicking Search would list all emails for the past day or two, including those most recently received. This new tool defaults to rounding down to the nearest half hour. For example, if I launch it at 10:11am, the tool searches up until 10am, omitting the most recent 11 minutes of received emails unless I manually adjust the End Date time. Also the timezone isn't defaulting to the tenant default timezone, instead remains blank, so it's unclear which time zone is being applied. Would like to request that the timezone defaults properly to the tenant timezone, and that the default end date time rounds UP to the nearest half hour in the future so that the most recently received messages are shown by default without any manual adjustments.

- For the default End Date time, the New Message Trace tool behaves the same as the previous one when using the "Custom time range," rounding down to the nearest half hour. Switching to the "Slider" mode will set the End Time to the current time. This setting is auto-saved, so you don't need to adjust it each time. Suggestion: click the "Slider" button to use below slider time range mode, it will default to query last two days' message trace.
2. For the blank timezone, it's a UI display error. The time zone actually defaults to the user account's time zone setting. You can check the time zone near the Time range text. We will fix this display error to improve the user experience.
Suggestion: check the time zone in below blue box when the "Time zone" dropdown shows blank
