I've just finished some extensive testing on forwarding from Microsoft 365 (business) to Outlook.com (consumer) and I can confirm that it is still broken. Microsoft 365 adds the ARC seal showing DMARC passing when forwarding the emails, but Outlook.com does not trust the results, which is kind of crazy since these are both Microsoft run services. I haven't tested Outlook.com to Outlook.com forwarding, but I'd imagine the same issue would happen. Are there any plans to implement ARC on the consumer side?
