Exchange Server Team,
Could you please clarify the migration path for customers with Exchange Server 2016/2019 on-premises licenses purchased through the CSP program, which does not include Software Assurance? These customers are unable to transition to Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE), as SE is not currently available through CSP.
I’ve had an open support ticket on this issue for two months. The most recent update stated that “per the Business Planning team, the SE licenses are still not available for purchase in CSP.” I was also directed to the announcement regarding Exchange 2016/2019 ESU, but this does not provide a viable solution for CSP customers who lack a clear path forward.
