Additional information about Exchange and Daylight Saving Time 2007 is now available

Not good enough. We're an ASP with thousands of users spread across a dozen mail servers, in every time zone. Getting 0x800004005 on almost every single mailbox. Vague error messages with third-grade English and the clock is ticking - yeah, our bad for expecting this tool to "just work" and not testing it sooner.
Time to call MS support I guess. I sure hope this tool is supported.
