Reading Progress in Microsoft Teams to improve student reading fluency - now rolled out globally!

I stumbled across this app purely by chance and I love it, great for building vocabulary, fluency, and the potential to enhance knowledge at a primary level, but!... I work in a secondary school and as students’ progress through the years, retention of knowledge, which is tied to their future outcomes, is extremely difficult to track. All schools try to come up with a system to help students to retain knowledge, as repeatedly retrieving content helps pupils remember more in the long term.

I'm not sure if it is appropriate to ask here, but is there a way to reassign an assignment whereby certain keywords are omitted or blanked out, or is there a way of changing the text colour of a certain word so that they match the background colour, therefore creating the appearance that a word has been blanked out? This would enable the teacher to test the student's recall, and it will also enable them to Set a degree of challenge to the assignment.
