This is what we have been told by Microsoft support. as we have some tenants where it is not working even though they are set to K-12 and we have set a test user to both "NotAdult" and "Minor" to test.

Do you have a link to where we can see the rollout plan, as we would like to be able to refer to something?

I just cross verified and the roll is in progress and still being rolled out in EMEA region.

Once this is Generally available, you will be notified.
