Announcing the standalone Microsoft Reading Coach for classroom use

We're looking to trial the use of Reading Coach but when looking at online resources there appears to be duplication between this new (preview) service and Reading Coach that's been available since 2022 https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/education-blog/introducing-reading-coach-for-personalized-practice-and-other/ba-p/3223533 

Can you explain the reuse of the product name and if this preview service differs from the one in the above link.

Is there any information available on data processing that takes place within the preview Reading Coach, how the service processes user data and where the user's reading history is stored? We'd be expecting students to sign in using their school accounts, is the data stored in their account somewhere?

I've been looking online to try and find out more information. However, most relates to the 2022 version of Reading Coach and I wasn't sure if this is built on the product referenced in the above article and therefore part of the same roadmap.
