Microsoft 365 learning pathways: your customizable training solution to increase usage of Microsoft

Hi Champions.

My need:

At work we are beginning work to implement M365 E5. As I am a learning professional I am so excited and cannot wait to see what the Learning Pathways can do. I want to figure out whether we can potentially use it for non-microsoft training also. But, we are not yet ready to deploy it at work.

I am the Global admin of a tenant for my sporting association and we are also going to implement M365 but are nowhere near ready yet so our tenant is sitting empty (tumbleweeds)  I thought I could deploy learning pathways in the sporting tenancy to see what it does and how it works. However, I don't want to muck up what could potentially be the production environment for the sporting tenancy.

Question: Is there a way in my blank-ish sporting tenancy to create a sandboxed environment so i can go play with learning pathways and either easily delete all my mucking round when finished or  be able to create a new learning pathways deployment when we start moving forward with the M365 deployment for the sporting tenancy?
