I absolutely love this line. We find so often people get overwhelmed with the amount of options so they just go with the old faithful option. I love the idea of giving two options, a steak or a butter knife and allowing people to decide what works best for them.
I often say my favorite part of my job is helping people solve problems with technology which I don't know if Adoption Specialists are typically credited with, but this blog and my experience seems to confirm it. Thank you for sharing!
