Great summary! We have worked at the same customer before and even discussed this topic before, but isn’t intl.cpl really not recommended because it doesn’t set all new settings in Windows 10? From https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/configure-international-settings-in-windows
“In Windows 10, the intl.cpl command line tools do not support the new settings available in the Region and Language section of Control Panel. For Windows 10, use the International Windows PowerShell cmdlet settings to automate customizing international settings.“
So should anyone really use this in any situation? Iirc it doesn’t set the APPX languages properly leaving them in whatever the base language was until somebody opens the store.
