BrandonWilson on many NIC drivers, even on latest NDIS 6.8 conform one, Large Send Offload, IPsec Offload are still enabled on the NIC in the NetAdapterAdvancedProperties / Device Manager > NIC > Settings tab.

 

What is the advice on that, will he have no effect on current OS?
