Hi,

We have given our Service Desk these permissions

  • microsoft.directory/deviceLocalCredentials/password/read
  • microsoft.directory/deviceLocalCredentials/standard/read

This allows them to view the password in Entra. But in Intune the Local Admin Password link is still greyed out.

I found this and added this permission

But still its greyed out in Intune.

 

Can anyone let me know what other permission i am missing for the Service Desk to be able to view the passwords in Intune?
