Using M365 and I run into some problems.

So, I decided to share to help others.

1- Node 10.x will throw you some errors. "Error: Right-hand side of 'instanceof' is not an object". Changed to 16.18.x and it started working fine.

2- On the App Registration you need the Graph API permissions type Application "User.Read.All" or you'll get a token error when copying the package.
