Visit the manufacturer’s site and pray they publish these certificates there and you can find them.  If not, you will have contact them and ask nicely.  Mine was the latter.

Just tried to find the root for the Microsoft Pluton Firmware TPM. The link http://tpmsec.microsoft.com/aia/m2-eus2-prod-ekcert-signing-V1.cer looks a little missconfigured for me :(
