It kind of bothers me that I get a certificate warning when I RDP into my non-domain-bound offline root CA.  (It's a VM, so it is either RDP or the VMWare console ... Microsoft Remote Desktop behaves better, so ....)  If I wanted to fix this, could I issue a (second) certificate (with the hostname/FQDN of the machine) into the Computer store?  The root cert is in there .... that won't cause a problem, will it?
