Migrating Search Settings

I recently had a customer ask me how to move their MOSS 2007 search settings like scopes, best bets, etc. to FAST for SharePoint 2010, since there is no direct upgrade path between the two products. Initially I didn’t think this was possible, until a colleague referred me to a project that migrates search settings for you. This tool will also go from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint Server 2010/FAST for SP2010 and SharePoint Server 2010 to SPS2010/ FAST for SharePoint 2010. You can find the tool at the link below.
