With this in mind, is there an ETA when Microsoft will stop using the MMA?
There are different areas that still would be using MMA if you start fresh using Arc-Enabled Server services, so basically make such a transition needed, despite the end of support announcement.
Here are some to name as of January 2024:
- Azure Portal > enable Automanage
- Windows Admin Center > enable Azure Update Management as AzUM isn't implemented in the extension. We may expect a change before the next release of WAC end of this year.
These are two pitfalls, there could be more.
What can we do, or expect that Azure Portal and WAC of Microsoft will transition, using AMA right away and stop propagating MMA before the end of support?
