No response from anyone associated with Microsoft since the 5th of June and still no information how this is being implemented.
Unfortunately this is yet another typical example of Microsoft blogs around changes, it's following the same pattern as most others that have been created for these purposes, and it seems to be the way they now want to manage changes, I use the term "managed" advisedly.
Microsoft change management, quality control, and support have gone off a cliff since about the time Premium support was changed to Unified support. It's so obvious that money was diverted to Copilot and MS slashed resource across existing services, and are now trying to monetise anything they can to pay for Copilot.
As MS have just announced a $22 billion quarterly profit, how about you use some of this to give your existing customers some basic service back and stop treating us with contempt.
