If I am not wrong, these features are available in Microsoft Evaluation Center? 

In terms of compliance, what if if Mac, iPads/ Android Mobile have non-Micrlsoft anti virus program installed?

How is bitlocker stuffs for windows , can be enabled during the enrollment?

Does the enrollment work well with Catalina and filevault 2 ?
