Hi JAG28, hi ThanosWasRight since the data is not available by default, it needs to be enabled via Client Settings.
This would be my action plan to solve the issue.
- #1 Make sure the WMI class is enabled in Client Settings for the systems. Right click a system in MECM console and click on "Client Settings" and "Resultant Client Settings". Make sure "Quick Fix Engineering" is enabled in "Hardware Inventory".
- #2 Logon to the system and open the "InventoryAgent.log" in "C:\Windows\CCM\Logs". Search for "Win32_QuickFixEngineering". The Class should be collected without errors.
- #3 If #1 and #2 are okay, inventory data-import might fail on the Primary Site server for the system. Log on to the Primary Site and browse to the MECM installation directory and open "[MECM install dir]\Logs\dataldr.log". Force hardware inventory on the system and validate the import in dataldr.log.
Hope it helps.
Best regards
Jonas
