@Bpatin: It just works. Many customers have followed this procedure to implement Tier 0 in an early stage of a full tiering journey. The KB you've mentioned states: All user Group Policy, including those that have been security filtered on user accounts or security groups, or both, may fail to apply on domain joined computers. Here we talk about computer policies only.
