TeckieGeo - Have you configured everything as per the MS documentation? In an earlier version of ConfigMgr, there was a requirement to enable https://www.anoopcnair.com/video-tutorial-sccm-azure-ad-user-discovery/ to get the AAD token working (I think so). Which version of ConfigMgr you are in? 

 

I recommend reading through the https://www.anoopcnair.com/sccm-cmg-cloud-management-gateway/ by Vimal to double confirm whether you are missing any steps in the setup or not.
