I have set it via Intune - but if i look into the registry. It still say NT5DS and time.windows.com,0x9

If i query it from the service (/query /configuration) - my settings are shown.

Eventlog says (without VPN) - but warning says "unable to set a domain peer to use as a time source because of discovery error" - so it is working i think? :
