anuradhaarao At this time Guest Configuration will not allow you to remediate non-compliance, nor can we attach a DeployIfNotExists condition to a guest configuration assignment. Something new to try is to use a Guest Configuration policy to audit installed software (there is a built in policy for this) - and then use an Event Grid subscription to listen to the policy state change events. You will have to carefully adjust the filters to get the right events - but from there it will allow you to call a webhook - which can talk to an Azure Automation runbook which could use Invoke-AzVMRunCommand to install the agents. You might also want to consider just using Azure Automation State Configuration.
