DeepakvP, on the AAD tenant with issues, please check the status of the last Export-AADObjectsToBlobStorage Automation runbook job and share the output? If its status is not Completed, please check the Exception message as well.

 

Another thing to check is the Ingest-OptimizationCSVExportsToLogAnalytics runbook jobs. If there's one of these jobs failing in the last 24 hrs, check the one for which the storage container input is aadobjectsexports.

 

A typical issue in those runbooks is the amount of data they have to process, which can be very large in some tenants and make the runbook crash due to lack of memory. In these situations, you'd have to move the jobs to a Hybrid Worker-based approach.
