Microsoftmichaelcrane , the deployment script filters out unsupported subscription types such as Azure Internal. If you end up with a subscription automatically selected and no choices available, then I guess that subscription is the only one supported.

chrisonsecurity, did you ensure the Automation Account managed identity was given the Global Reader role in your AAD? That warning is expected and should not be a cause of failure. Have you looked at the Exception tab?
