Resorting to large(!) ServerCore image just to use Windows PowerShell has always bothered me. Will we have Microsoft.NanoServer.WindowsPowerShell in future 😄

No need to use a large server core image when you can add the desired app. Just create a Dockerfile, use nano server image as base, add PowerShell files, and build a custom image.
