Hello Aswani Kumar Griddaluri, Pre-release features are production quality, but they are still under active development and may (more than likely will) have ongoing changes to them until they are out of pre-release. See the description here: Pre-release features - Configuration Manager | Microsoft Docs.

 

Also dark mode is not automatically enabled on all the consoles.  Users still need to individually choose to enable it on their Configuration Manager console.
