Looking forward to more goodness in 2025
To all of our Microsoft Community - I say often that you never know what is behind someone's smiling eyes and so leading with compassion and empathy wins the day. Every person on the planet has a lot going on and all of you wonderful folks I hope are getting a bit of time away for some self-care and what it is you need to end 2024 and start this new year with some goodness.
Thank you to all members of the Microsoft Global Community Initiative for your dedication, collaboration, and passion for making a difference. Your efforts exemplify the profound impact a united community can have in addressing challenges, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities that extend far beyond individual contributions.

A big thank you to our MGCI board members and regional leaders for your contribution and push for us to continue to organize more deeply and to do more through the MGCI. I'm excited for us to truly lean into templates, playbooks and streaming our training out to more folks with all of your help and volunteerism.
On a personal note, thank you for your big ideas, patience and feedback. I appreciate each of you and am looking to get to know you even more this coming year.
