GerardoHernandez Thanks for the feedback! Am I understanding you correctly that you don't want scaling service to take any actions during the business hours? If that is the case, you can configure the peak hours to perform "None" after user disconnect and / or logoff. e.g. peak hours starts at 9am and ends at 5pm, if you configure to perform "None" after user disconnect and logoff, then scaling service will not take any actions between 9am and 5pm even if users may temporarily disconnect or logoff in between. Does it help with your use case?
