I've installed the correct version, but clicking 'restart teams' just kills Teams - it doesn't restart. If I start Teams again manually the banner is still there.

We are experiencing the exact same issue. Tried as an Administrator and User with the same behaviour. Cannot see anything raised in Event Viewer either.
