Media optimization for Microsoft Teams now part of Win10 Enterprise multi-session + M365 Apps Images

All Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session + M365 Apps images have now been updated to include media optimization for Microsoft Teams. To read more about the optimizations and what they do, please visit Use Microsoft Teams on Azure Virtual Desktop. 

 

The Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session + M365 Apps images now include:

  • M365 Apps for Enterprises
  • FSLogix (included in all Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session images)
  • Media optimization for Microsoft Teams

    Thanks, so to be clear - does this mean the Teams application is now pre-installed in the Azure supplied gallery image and no additional software is needed? The 'Use Microsoft Teams on Azure Virtual Desktop' URL still suggests that various software components are needed to be installed (assume that will be updated soon?).
