Hey! Sure, I think you'd be able to make use of an Azure policy configuration for that. Check this documentation for starting point (there's a section on policy for Windows VMs): Built-in policy definitions for Azure Monitor - Azure Monitor | Microsoft Learn. Otherwise there are some template based approaches covered in this AVDPunks blog.
