Azure Virtual Desktop for Azure Stack HCI now available!

I have a few questions that I'm hoping you will be able to provide clarity on:-

1. Does the hybrid service fee still apply when customers are using Citrix (instead of AVD) as the Control Plane? 
   
   
2. Is there an interval at which the hybrid service fee charge is likely to be reviewed? 
   
   
3. Do you have any detail on when support for SCVMM will become available for Stack 23H2? 
   
   
4. Are customers eligible to use a multi session OS on Stack 22H2. or is that only possible with Stack 23H2 given that AVD was only included in 23H2 and multisession OS is a benefit derived from AVD? 
   
   
5. Your documentation suggests that per-user access pricing for external users is not supported on Azure Virtual Desktop for Azure Stack HCI. Do you know if this support is coming soon - and if not what are the alternatives?
