For US Data Centers is this only available in "East US"? I don't options for others

    Yes, right now, this is only available in East US. We're working to stand up the service in other US regions with the goal of being in most/all regions worldwide by GA. If you reach out to mailto:AzureFiles@microsoft.com with more information about which regions you're looking for and what you're trying to do, we can use that with our partner teams to help prioritize the requests for those regions.
