Agents management is all about downloading and connecting the Agent to Log Analytics.

What's the difference between "Agents Management" and "Agents Configuration"?

Yes Consultant1520 ! the new experience is available in both new and existing workspaces.

This replaces the old 'Advanced settings' experience with a modern, slick experience.
