This is really good. I was working on similar requirement and for Azure service alerts to be notified to Azure subscription owners and we have around 200 subscriptions and I dont want to create an azure service health alert for each subscription.

 

Does your KQL query in LogicApp run more frequently? If it runs more frequent then it will be billed for every Azure logic app run.

 

Do you have any thoughts on using EventHub for it?
