Tomnibus_MedOne, sireeshak You first have to enable logging to a Log Analytics workspace in Front Door / CDN.  Click on Diagnostic Settings on the left navigation and under Logs -> Categories select "Azure Cdn Access Log" (will be different for Front Door). Then under Destination Details select "Send to Log Analytics workspace". Like the screenshot below. Note that it takes at least an hour for the logs to show up with the new fields (in my experience).
